Но часто возникает вопрос: можно ли хоть как-то сэкономить на трубах? Да, можно. Если приобрести залежавшиеся на складе трубы или б/у металлопродукт. Обычно залежавшаяся продукция реализуется со скидкой. Но как быть с такими трубами? Как привести их в рабочее состояние?
Практичные советы по реставрации труб
Внутренняя очистка.
Для начала трубу очищают от грязи, различного налета. Обычно их чистят при помощи специальной металлической щетки. После чего, в зависимости от длины трубы, при помощи пескоструйного оборудования убирают ржавчину. Для этого под давлением подают песок, который с легкостью счищает слой ржавчины и различные бугристости.
Внешняя очистка
Здесь все намного проще. При помощи металлической щетки или ершика трубы очищают от изоляции и налета. Многие используют для этого болгарку. При помощи нее легко снять битумное покрытие или эпоксидную краску. А уже затем при помощи пескоструйного аппарата полностью счищают ржавчину с поверхности трубы.
После этого трубу подвергают торцеванию, выполняется она под углом 30 градусов. Это необходимо для того, чтобы затем стыковать между собой эти трубы, то есть для сварного соединения.
Конечно, эта процедура может показаться очень хлопотной, но она позволит сэкономить. Для этого необходимо складское помещение, пескоструйный аппарат, пара очистительных предметов (щетка металлическая, ершик с жесткими прутьями), а также понадобится пара специалистов. Ведь вы сами знаете, что труба по ТУ 14-3р-1128-2007 одна из самых дорогих, например, по сравнению с электросварными трубами.
