I wanted to touch base with you. First off, thanks you for making “Makin’ Changes” an hit! It was a great experience and a fantastic Birthday.

Birthdays over the past couple years have been tough after my Sister’s transition. She was like a mom to me. I promised her that I would do my best at everything.

But we know we all have flaws. I’m willing to show my to help heal and uplift.

I have a couple projects coming. I can only announce one. “Love Unexpected ” the novel follows three different young couples and their crazy fast decision. You will not want to miss it!

    Лечение. Индивидуальный подход:
    консервативная терапия (медикаменты, блокады, ЛФК, физиотерапия),
    малоинвазивные вмешательства (артроскопия, PRP) или операции (остеосинтез, эндопротезирование).

    Реабилитация. Сопровождаю на всех этапах восстановления,
    даю четкие рекомендации по ЛФК и режиму нагрузок.

    Можно ли вылечить артроз без операции?

    Да. На ранних стадиях (I–II) артроз успешно лечится консервативно: медикаменты, физиотерапия, ЛФК, инъекции.
    Операция (эндопротезирование) показана на
    III стадии.

    Сколько срастается перелом?
    Сроки индивидуальны. Средние ориентиры: пальцы — 3–4 недели, предплечье
    — 6–8 недель, голень — 8–12 недель,
    бедро — 12–16 недель.
